The P167-000 Tripp Lite® by Eaton® HDMI® over Dual CAT-5/CAT-6 Extender Wallplate Kit with Transmitter and Receiver is the ideal solution for those who need to extend a HDMI® signal over a long distance using 2 CAT-5/CAT-6 cables. Simply run the 2 cables between the local transmitter and remote receiver wallplates, and plug in standard HDMI® cables to the HDMI® source and the display. The green LED on the remote receiver wallplate lets you know there is power from the source and monitor. When functioning properly, only the green LED will be lit. If the red LED is illuminated, it means the remote receiver is not receiving a functional signal from the source. The P167-000 comes with both local transmitter and remote receiver wallplates. It supports DTS HD®, Dolby® TrueHD and 7.1-channel surround sound audio and is compliant with HDCP, EDID and DDC. 24-bit True Color (8 bits per channel) is also supported. No external power is required. This kit is compliant with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA) for GSA® Schedule purchases.

- Extends a 1080p (24 Hz) or 1080i (60 Hz) signal up to 150 ft. (45.72 m) using 24 AWG solid wire CAT-6 cabling (N222-Series or N224-Series); when using CAT-5, the maximum extension distance is reduced by 50 ft. (15.24 m)
- Extends a 3D signal up to 100 ft. (30.5 m) using 24 AWG solid wire CAT-6 cabling
- Supports 24-bit True Color (8 bits per channel)
