The Pioneer TS-A709 is a pair of 2-way coaxial 2-3/4-in. speakers with 16 mm polyetherimide tweeters. Their carbon- and mica-reinforced woofer cones stand up to the harsh in-car environment while providing natural sounding tonal qualities with an OPEN and SMOOTH transition to the polyetherimide tweeter. The TS-A709 is an A-Series speaker pair and all A-Series speakers share the OPEN and SMOOTH design concept and are voiced to sound great together. This wide-range speaker pair is designed as a direct OEM speaker replacement in many vehicles including Toyota, Dodge, Chevrolet, Chrysler, etc.
